Shipping & Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
Global shipping is calculated and added to your order at checkout and is based on weight and destination (unless there is a free global shipping promotion running).
When your order is ready to be dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide.
UK - Standard Delivery within two working days (by close of business). This is a tracked and insured service that requires a signature / recipients name on delivery.
EU - Business or residential delivery in two working days to most major European countries and from three working days elsewhere in Europe.
Delivery to any EU Country may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. Please note that these fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. You will pay any additional fees directly to the carrier and orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. Although you will only be charged one delivery fee; duties and taxes are separate and are charged upon delivery of each item. Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us. Please note that should this happen; delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.
World Wide - from three days.
When your order has been dispatched you will be sent an Order Dispatch Confirmation email and Order Tracking Number.
Each purchase is insured until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature / confirmation of recipients name is required for all parcels upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be liable for unsuccessful delivery attempts as a result of not having been provided with accurate or complete delivery information. Likewise, for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Please note; if you select the 'leave in a safe place' option with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any missing orders.
Please additionally note; with regret we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed.
Delivery timings are for indicative purposes only and can, at times, be subject to change and we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, or during times of industrial action.
Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday. We do not process orders or dispatch deliveries over weekends or on bank or public holidays.
