Returns & Exchanges
We highly recommend that you consult our detailed size chart (which is located on each product page) prior to selecting a size for purchase. If you require further assistance, please contact our team prior to purchasing your blazer, we are more than happy to help. All blazers are thoroughly quality checked prior to dispatch.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Please request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and form by emailing us at orders@thelittleblazercompany.com.
We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination of goods (not on receipt of delivery evidence). Items should be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed Returns Form.
Please note - we do not offer free returns. Returns are arranged by the customer and sent at their expense. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we do not receive. We recommend that returns are tracked, signed for and insured.
*The branded keepsake box, any gifts, and the purchased goods themselves must remain intact, unmarked, unworn, and unwashed in full re-saleable condition. We cannot refund or exchange items where tickets or tags have been removed. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. We may reduce your refund if the branded box is damaged to compensate us for its reduced value. In the event that a returns request is not accepted, we will send the product(s) back to you.
Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or an exchange. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives. We do not charge a fee for the refund.
In the event that we have already dispatched goods and you have cancelled your order, we will withhold any refund until we have received the goods(s) back.
If you live outside the UK you will have 14 days to return the item to us and are responsible for all return postage, tax and duty charges. Please allow up to a further 14 days for us to process returns outside of the UK.
Exchanges
We do not offer free exchanges - all delivery charges are a customer expense.
Should you wish to exchange an item; please email us at orders@thelittleblazercompany.com with your specific request.
Exchanges depend on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an immediate exchange, we will contact you to discuss the availability of your request.
If the item you have requested is more than the price originally paid, you will be contacted by our customer service team to pay the difference.
Exchanges are also subject to examination of returned goods.
